The builder has used quality construction techniques throughout, and some of them are not readily apparent on the first viewing. In this picture, please notice that the end of the downspout for the eavestroughing does not spill out on to the grass. Instead, it goes down to a water management system that completely encircles the building. This means that all of the water falling on the roof in a storm is removed to an area near the forest, instead of being left to saturate the ground near the building. This reflects the attention to detail that is built into these quality homes. |
