that will remain as wooded parkland. The front and backyards for each condo are defined as being for the exclusive use of that condo.

Access to the trail and private parkland at the bottom of the property can be reached by walking south from Richardson Lane between
21 Richardson Lane and the future Phase 3 building. You will find the old trail there at the tree line.
